Goeleen the Dragon

Now, I’m not entirely sure where this name comes from, actually, I completely forgot about Goeleen until quite recently when my sister came to visit. My infant son was sleeping on the couch and I said I couldn't move right now (you know, in case he fell off)  and she asked me “Don't you have a Goeleen?” It took me a moment to realize what she was on about.

Ah, yes. Goeleen. The long pillow-shaped thing with a face. I can barely remember what it looked like but I’m sure it had hues of purple and gold in it. It had a face, I can tell you that much!

Apparently, Goeleen’s sole purpose was to keep us from falling off the couch or bed.

It’s about time I make one for my son. I decided to make a dragon-style pillow, one that almost functions as a big toy.  I’m all about making things that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.

This pillow is perfect to place on the edge of his floor bed (which is basically just a mattress on the floor).
