My inspiration

I have always enjoyed working with my hands. I've had my moments, where I thought I would never sew again. I've tried other things.

But, I always come back. I feel the need to create. To make something new. Something that didn't exist before.

So here I am.

After the birth of my son, I have never been more grateful for my skillset than I am now! Need a baby wrap - no worries, I'll quickly make one when he naps. Breastfeeding tops? I got this! Everything I've needed in the first year, I've been able to make myself.

It's been such a joy, being able to make things for my mommy friends, make outfits for our kids, and help them and myself regain confidence as we stepped into this new motherhood journey.

So, I thank my son, and everyone who I have met in his first year, for bringing me back to my love of fabric, design and creation.
